About NMPF NMPF members market a majority of the milk produced in the U.S., making the NMPF an effective voice on national issues for dairy cooperatives and their dairy farmer members. The National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) provides a forum through which dairy farmers and their cooperatives formulate policy on national issues that effect milk production and marketing.
