Guest Room Reservations
The guest room rate is $189.00 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes. Premium atrium view rooms are available for $239.00 per night. A daily resort fee of $10.00 per night will be added to the guest room rate.
To make your hotel reservations, call Gaylord Opryland at 615/883-2211 by Wednesday, September 24, 2008, and mention group code N-DMI08 to receive the group rate. Be sure to guarantee your reservation with one night’s deposit.

After September 24, 2008, reservations will be honored on a “space available” basis. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made three days prior to the date of arrival. If you change or cancel your hotel reservation, please keep a record of the confirmation or cancellation number. Don’t delay. Please make your reservations now.

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center offers shuttle service to/from Nashville’s International Airport, the Wildhorse Saloon/Downtown District, General Jackson and Grand Ole Opry House.
Weather and Attire
Nashville enjoys four distinct but mild seasons. Fall daytime temperatures average 70 degrees with average lows of 50 degrees. A light jacket or coat is handy for cool evening wear. Business attire is appropriate for all meetings, receptions and banquet.
