Registration Fees
The schedule of registration fees to attend the annual meeting follows.
- Member of NDB, NMPF, UDIA (all dairy producers, associate members, national and local staffs) - $675.00 per person
- Member Guest - $380.00 per person
- Young Cooperator Couple - $935.00 per couple
- Young Cooperator Single - $625.00 per person
- Government Employees, Academia - $675.00 per person
- Non-Member - $995.00 per person
- Late fee is $95.00 when registering after September 24, 2008
This single registration fee includes your attendance at:
- Dairy Bar and Exhibits: Tuesday - Thursday, October 28 - 30
- Opening Luncheon: Wednesday, October 29
- Welcome Reception: Wednesday, October 29
- Awards Luncheon: Thursday, October 30
- Reception and Banquet * : Thursday, October 30
*Banquet vouchers must be exchanged for a specific table assignment on-site.
Individual meal tickets will not be available for purchase.
Meeting Registration
Individual and group meeting registration can be accomplished by going on-line at www.dairyevents.com or by completing the registration form.
We encourage you to register online. Visit www.dairyevents.com and have your credit card ready. Online registration also offers a direct web link to Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center for hotel reservations. Online registrants will receive an email confirmation. Payment by check also will be accepted.
If you prefer to register by mail, please complete and return the Meeting Registration form with payment to Dairy Management Inc.
Online and mail registration must be submitted with payment by September 24, 2008.
If your cooperative or state & regional promotion organization pays your meeting expenses, please work directly with that office to register for annual meeting.
Note: Making a hotel reservation does not automatically register you for annual meeting. Online or mail registration and payments must be submitted to DMI; hotel reservations can be made via telephone or internet through www.dairyevents.com.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Dairy Management Inc., 10255 W. Higgins Rd., Suite 900, Rosemont, IL 60018-5616; phone 847/803-2000; fax 847/803-0183.
- Full refund will be given for a cancellation postmarked or faxed by October 14.
- Meal tickets will not be exchanged or resold at the annual meeting.
Registration Checklist
- Meeting Registration – Register on-line at www.dairyevents.com or complete and mail your registration form with payment to Dairy Management Inc. Registration deadline is September 24.
- Registration will not be processed without payment.
- Make checks payable to Dairy Management Inc. All checks must be payable in U.S. dollars.
- Make a copy for your files.
