Hotel Information

The hotel room rate is $142 per night, and the deadline to make reservations has been extended to Friday, April 22, 2011. After that date, the room rate will be confirmed on a space and rate-available basis.

Please be sure to mention that you are with the National Dairy Producers Conference to receive the discounted hotel room rate. Cancellation of individual reservations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival (3:00 pm day prior).

Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is noon. Requests for early check in or late check-out will be handled on an individual basis and cannot be guaranteed.

The Embassy Suites Omaha – Downtown/Old Market is a full service downtown all-suite hotel located in the heart of downtown in the historic Old Market. Guests will enjoy the luxury of a two room suite, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

Airport Information

Complimentary shuttle service is available from the Embassy Suites Hotel from 5:00 am - midnight to and from the Eppley Airfield that is located approximately four miles away. You may request an Embassy Suites hotel shuttle at the airport using phones located near the baggage claim area (dial 346-9000). Meet the Embassy Suites hotel shuttle at the airport outside the baggage claim area at door 4-S.

Taxis to the hotel are $16 each way. From the hotel, the shuttle is available every 30 minutes at the top of the hour.
